J&S Laser Profiles Ltd have completed the manufacture of foot mat base plates for prestigious car company

The stainless foot mat base plates have been manufactured for a prestigious car company where they will be used to hold the foot mats in place. The base plates are repeat work from the Company which J&S Laser Profiles does a steady amount of work for.

When we spoke to Mark Stancombe and asked about the materials used and techniques used to manufacture the base plates. He responded “the base plates have been lasered from stainless. Once the base plates have been lasered the fixing holes have been counter sunk then each plate was de-burred and cleaned.”
