Speaker Boxes

Festival season is drawing to a close but at J&S we have been busy in a sort of musical sense.

One of our current projects has been to manufacture metal boxes to house a sound system.

The current boxes have been constructed using 20 x 20 mild steel section. The metal has been cut and mitred before being welded. The frames were then drilled to provide the mounting points. After this process was completed the frames were thoroughly cleaned and prepared for painting.

Although it was a relatively straightforward project we still kept to our strict quality control standards to deliver a right first time product to our Client.
